The managers helped get us on our spot. We loved being able to use the Oakridge side for the ponds and love how close it is to the river. Britney direcTed us to how to get to the landing to get canoes into the water. Great place and friendly

Quiet and safe. Manager lives on the property. He and owner ensure the Riff Raff is kept out of the neighborhood . There are a lot of retirees and contractors that stay on the property. Close to fishing and river access. Convenient to shopping and restaurants in both Bay Minette and Spanish Fort. Convenient to work as contractors at Mills.

Been at Tensaw RV Park for 2 months now and love it. Very nice place with laundry on site. The maintenance man is very helpful if you're out of town and need something done or he even leant me a ladder. Definitely recommend staying here.
